The belt has a super good fit and strong Velcro which ensures that the belt is well fixed.

Inside the belt there are 16-20 magnets which help to increase blood flow and remove waste products. Each magnet has about 3000 GAUSS.

FIR is infrared radiation that is not harmful. But they can make the belt get up to 60 degrees hot, and therefore also act as a heat belt. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles and softens them, and in this way the belt can have a pain-relieving effect on tense muscles.
