FREE EXCHANGE

We have an extra service that gives you a 365-day free exchange right on all items purchased at www.cavaleros.dk. It is completely free for you to switch to another item. However, we do not give money back. So you have to buy for the same amount or higher. Otherwise you have to pay shipping fee.

 

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Order your new item on our website that you want to exchange the purchased item for. (Write in the comments field that you are sending an item back. But not a requirement)
  2. Use this link to get a FREE return label if you want another item. https://return.shipmondo.com/tilbagelevering
  3. Print out the return slip and fill it out.
  4. Put return label on the package.
  5. Deliver your package.

 

365 DAYS FREE EXCHANGE TO ANOTHER ITEM

We have an extra service that gives you a 365-day free exchange right on all items purchased at www.cavaleros.dk. It is completely free for you to switch to another item. However, we do not give money back. So you have to buy for the same amount or higher. Otherwise you have to pay shipping fee.

You must first buy your new item on our webshop before you can use our FREE 365-day exchange rule.

 

You do not need to contact us if you need this service!

We will refund the money the same day or the day after we receive your package from you! Except on the weekends.

 

If the item you want to exchange for is not in stock:

To ensure that we have the item you would like to exchange the item for, the easiest way is that it is available on the website, otherwise we do not have it in stock.
You can then look for another item or color if the one you want is sold out. We will then refund your item as soon as it arrives with us!

3O DAYS FULL RETURN

You can use our return portal if you want to return an item and get a money back. You have to pay for the postage yourself. When you use our portal, it costs DKK 75, so GLS automatically puts the package in our mailbox.

 

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Click on this link https://return.shipmondo.com/delivery to receive a parcel label by email.
  2. Print the label and put on the package.
  3. Have the package scanned at a GLS parcel shop.
  4. Everything is now ready and you do not have to do anything more.

 

30 DAY RETURN

You have a 30 day full return policy. This means that you must send your item to us BEFORE 30 days have passed since you received your order. If we have not received your item within 30 days after you have received your item, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund. But we can offer you another item for up to 365 days! (See our 365-day FREE exchange service) If you buy a cheaper item, you will be issued a discount code / gift card.

Remember to write order number and full name, phone number and email. So we can find you in the system. Otherwise we do not know where the package comes from. Please write easily legible.

 

COMPLAINT OR WE HAVE ASKED YOU TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL

STATE OF PRODUCT ON RETURN:

When you send an item back, you must be aware that it must be possible to sell it to someone else at full price. You also do not want to pay full price for an item that looks used.

It must be in original packaging and all price tags must be on.

It must pack neatly in its bag and you must make sure that it comes safely to us again.

 

SEND YOUR PACKAGE TO US WITHOUT USING OUR RETURN LABEL

If you do not want to use our return portal, you can send the package to us. You must be aware that we do NOT pick up packages in the parcel shop or other places they may end up. They must be sent directly to us.

They must also be sent insured – this is your guarantee that they will be delivered.

DAO delivers at night when we are not in the warehouse – and often the packages are outside in the rain in front of our gate. Therefore, we do NOT recommend that you use DAO. They can not figure out how to deliver in our mailbox.

DHL, GLS, FEDEX and Post Nord can do that.

So we recommend that you use one of them.
