14 DAYS FULL RETURN – IF YOU DON’T WANT ANOTHER ITEM WITH US!
You can use our returns portal if you want to return an item for a refund and don’t want to buy a new item. You have to pay for the postage yourself. When you use our portal, it costs DKK 75, so GLS automatically puts the package in our mailbox.
Here’s how you do it:
Print out your return slip and enclose in the package: return slip
Click on this link to receive a package label on
Print label and put on package.
Have the package scanned at a GLS parcel centre.
Everything is now ready and you do not have to do anything more.
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days full right of return. This means that you need to write to us that you want to use your 14 days return right, the 14 days are from the day you received your package and 14 days after.
Our returns portal works for 14 days from when you ordered your item – so if it’s expired, please contact us.
We can offer you another item for up to 365 days! (See our 365 day CHEAP exchange service) If you buy a cheaper item, you will be issued a discount code / gift card.
If you do NOT wish to use our returns portal for a return – you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We recommend POST NORD or GLS as freight provider. DAO, BRING and similar cheaper carriers deliver the parcels at night in front of our gate. And often they lie in the rain. We cannot refund items that have disappeared and not scanned DELIVERED to us with signature.
