How is the size?

Ordinary in size

We recommend that you take the size that you usually. There is a lot of stretch in this material so they sit really well on the body.

Washing instructions

Washable at 30-40 degrees. Water-repellent materials should be washed in detergent with waterproofing added to maintain the water-repellent surface. Ordinary mild detergent can still destroy the water-repellent effect and damage the surface.

Do not tumble dry or use any form of fabric softener

Close zips and buttons as they can be damaged in the washing machine.

If there are decorations on the object – then it should be placed in a washing bag.

What does backorder mean?

If you buy an item that is in stock together with a backorder, we will send the item that is in stock first, then we will send the backordered item as soon as it is in stock. There will typically be a date for when the item will be in stock.

This date is indicative and changes in delivery may occur if there are delays in transport.

We do not deduct any money until the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Therefore, the product will not be stored in our warehouse any longer than necessary.

“Product is in stock – available on backorder” – this means that the product has just been put into stock after it has been on pre-order/backorder. And that it is available again on backorder if it is sold out.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

If you order before 1pm on weekdays, 99.9% of all packages with GLS will be delivered the next day. e.g. if you order on Friday at noon – you must order to a parcel shop that is open on Saturday so that you can pick up your package the next day.

We have cheap exchange on all our products for 29,- dkk – we exchange your product for 365 days!

You have 14 days full right of return – if you do not want to keep the item you have purchased, you must claim your right of return within 14 days by writing an email to kundeservive@cavaleros.dk, then you have 14 days to return the item to us. You can do this via our returns portal or by sending it directly to us.

Returns from abroad are at the customer’s own expense
