HVORNÅR BLIVER MIN ORDRE SENDT?

We pack the same day we receive your order. If you order before 08, we strive to send your order the same day. You can expect 1 – 3 days delivery after it has left our inventory. If you book on weekends or public holidays, those days are not included.

JEG HAR BESTILT EN VARE MEN HAR IKKE FÅET EN ORDREBEKRÆFTELSE

Check your spam filter. Our online system automatically sends you an order confirmation. This is not done manually. So either it is in your spam filter or you have written a wrong email. But we also print it out and ship it with your item.

As our system itself forwards all information to GLS, it is GLS that has delays in their system. We pay both for them to send an email and an SMS to you. Sometimes it is only when the package has arrived at GLS that it is sent out. But you can always write to us so we can send tracking number to you by email. But turned just 1-2 days. HVOR LANG TID TAGER EN TILBAGEBETALING?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will refund the amount to you. It depends a lot on which card you used. Mastercard can take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation that we have refunded your item. During busy periods, it may take up to 10 days before we can process your refund. We can be at trade fairs or have holidays. But we usually do it as soon as we get your package. With normal cards, it takes about 1-5 working days.

HVOR LANG TID TAGER EN REKLAMATION?

We try to handle it as quickly as possible. If you have filled in everything you need on the complaint slip and enclosed a copy of the receipt, we can process your complaint much faster. Typically it takes from 3-10 days. During busy periods, it may take longer. But we never experience that it takes more than 3 weeks before we have a decision!

KAN JEG BYTTE MIN VARE I JERES BUTIK?

Yes. Have you bought an item online from us. Then you can always exchange it in our store. Do you need money back from an item purchased online. Then you can also drop it off at our store. Here we refund your purchase on our webshop and your money will be returned on the card you used to buy online. We do not pay the money in the store.

JEG SKAL BYTTE EN VARE. KAN JEG GØRE DET PÅ EN AF DE MESSER I KOMMER PÅ?

Yes you can easily exchange for another item. But we do not give money back.

KAN JEG AFLEVERE MIN RETURVARE I POSTKASSEN PÅ JERES ADRESSE?

Yes you can. But it will always be at your own risk. The package must contain name, address, email and telephone number, as well as a description of what to do with the item. We are several who process the packages in our mailbox.

We receive many messages daily regarding sponsorships. Unfortunately, we can not answer everyone. We have also filled up completely regarding sponsor riders. But thank you for thinking of us as a sponsor! Most sponsor riders have arrived by contacting them ourselves. It can either be people who are very active on instagram or Facebook that we would like to collaborate with.
