How to use the belt

1. Location:
   • Secure the belt around the desired area (e.g. lower back) with the Velcro closure. Make sure the belt is tight but comfortable.
2. Duration:
   • Start by using the belt for 20-30 minutes at a time. You can gradually increase the wearing time if it feels comfortable.
   • Do not use the belt for more than 2-3 hours at a time.
3. Effect:
   • You may experience a warm sensation and increased redness in the area. This is normal and shows that the belt is working.

Remarks

• Warm effect: FIR technology can make the belt warm, but it is not electrical and depends on the ceramic material.
• Skin reaction: Slight redness or warmth of the skin is normal and is due to increased blood circulation.
• Drink water: To support the cleansing of waste products, it is recommended to drink plenty of water after use.

Maintenance

• Clean the belt with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing as it can damage the ceramic materials and magnets.
• Store the belt dry and away from direct sunlight.

Warnings

1. Not for pregnant women: Pregnant women should avoid using magnets close to the stomach.
2. Pacemaker: Do not use the belt if you have a pacemaker or other electrical implants.
