We have an extra service that gives you 365 days free exchange on all items purchased on www.cavaleros.dk*. It is completely free for you to switch to another item.
*Does not apply to goods 500,- or less than 500,-, or goods which are marked that there is no free exchange, or 2nd sort goods,does not apply if you have not used our size guide and does not apply exchange to another COLOR!
For items under 500,- you will be able to exchange for 39,- via our return portal.

You will receive a discount code for the amount you returned the goods for. You will receive your discount code as soon as possible.
If you have bought 2 items before you have received a discount – a discount code will be sent which is ONLY valid for this item. As you will get a discount code that matches the amount it costs to buy 1 item.

30 DAYS FULL RETURN – IF YOU DON’T WANT ANOTHER ITEM WITH US!
You can use our returns portal if you want to return an item for a refund and don’t want to buy a new item. You have to pay for the postage yourself. When you use our portal, it costs DKK 75, so GLS automatically puts the package in our mailbox.
Here’s how you do it:
Print out your return slip and enclose in the package: return slip
Click on this link to receive a package label on
Print label and put on package.
Have the package scanned at a GLS parcel centre.
Everything is now ready and you do not have to do anything more.
30 DAY RETURN
You have a 30 day full return policy. This means that you must send your item to us BEFORE 30 days have passed since you received your order. If we have not received your item within 30 days after you have received your item, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund. But we can offer you another item for up to 365 days! (See our 365-day FREE exchange service) If you buy a cheaper item, you will be issued a discount code / gift card.
If you do NOT wish to use our returns portal for a return – you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We recommend POST NORD or GLS as freight provider. DAO, BRING and similar cheaper carriers deliver the parcels at night in front of our gate. And often they lie in the rain. We cannot refund items that have disappeared and not scanned DELIVERED to us with signature.

COMPLAINT OR WE HAVE ASKED YOU TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL
If you have a complaint please write an email to us.
You must send a photo of valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is a voucher, order number from the webshop or copy of voucher from payment card. BUT only if only the item you are complaining about has been purchased.
If more than one item has been purchased, it is not valid under the Purchase Act.
