We offer a service that allows you to have your WAVE RLT pad repaired at any time for a fixed price outside of warranty. And no matter how old it is.

This applies to all our pads and all purchases with us – where you can show a receipt.

If you have purchased through one of our resellers, the repair must go through them.

After a repair, a 2-year warranty will be given on the repair.

We can repair if your horse has stepped on your pad, or if it is damaged due to improper use of the charger, or if it has accidentally snapped too hard or wires have been pulled out of the device.

1. Pack your WAVE RLT pad securely so it can’t get wet or bent – we recommend a hard cardboard box.
2. Send pad and charger and battery – as we test all parts for faults.
3. Send a copy of the receipt – repairs will not be made without a receipt.
4. Use the return label you received by email and drop off the package at GLS
5. We will send your pad back to you as soon as it is tested and repaired – expect 5-7 days
