Diana is regular in size.

We recommend that you choose the same size as you normally use.

In the picture, the model is wearing her regular size. If you want the blouse to fit looser, you can choose one size larger.

To preserve the product's fit, elasticity and Swarovski details, we recommend gentle washing.

• Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Turn the product inside out.
• Wash the product in a large laundry bag to protect the Swarovski details during washing.
• Use a mild liquid detergent.
• Avoid fabric softener and bleach.
• Avoid vigorous centrifugation.
• Air dry the product – avoid tumble drying.
• Avoid ironing directly on the Swarovski details.

Always follow the washing instructions on the product itself.

Cheap exchange in Denmark

Cheap exchange costs 49 kr.

Exchange applies to a different size within the same item.

Once we have received the return package, we will send the new size with free shipping to the parcel shop.

If the desired size is not available, we can offer a discount code/voucher instead.

Voucher / discount code

Return shipping with a credit card or discount code costs DKK 49.

The voucher has no expiration date.

Returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right of return when purchasing from the webshop.

If you want your money back, you must contact us first.

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used beyond normal testing.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, you must contact us first and attach pictures and a valid proof of purchase.

Once the complaint has been approved, the returns portal can be used free of charge.

We do not pick up packages at parcel shops.

When an item is listed as backorder or pre-order in the webshop, it means that the item is not in stock right now, but that it can be ordered in advance.

You reserve the item and we will ship it as soon as it is in stock and ready to ship.

If you order a stock item together with an item on backorder/pre-order, we will generally ship the entire order together when all items are ready.

The delivery date shown is indicative. Delivery may change if there are delays in production, transport or receipt in stock.

We only collect payment when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

When an item has been created as a pre-order

Only items that are clearly created as pre-order or backorder in the webshop can be ordered in advance.

If an item is simply sold out without the possibility of pre-order/backorder, it cannot be ordered until it is again active and available in the webshop.

“In stock – available on backorder”

If it says "In stock - available on backorder", it means that the item is in stock now, but that the webshop is also set up to accept backorders if the item becomes sold out again.
