If you order before 1 pm on weekdays, your package will be delivered by GLS the next day.

For example, if you order on Friday at 12 noon - you must order from a parcel shop that is open on Saturday so that you can pick up your package the next day.

NOTE that if you make a pre-order - it will only arrive when it is in stock!

Price for delivery to parcel shops is FREE in Denmark – private delivery costs 50,-dkk

RETURN

You have a 30-day full right of return – if you do not want to keep the item you have purchased, you must return it to us within 30 days. You can do this via our returns portal or by sending it directly to us.

We offer free exchanges on all our items OVER 500,- * Does not apply to offers that are marked as not having free exchanges.

We will exchange for another model or another size – this assumes that you have read our size guide.

We do NOT exchange for another color for free.

If an item that is in stock is purchased together with a backorder, we will first ship the item that is in stock, then we will ship the item that is on backorder as soon as it is in stock. There will typically be a date for when the item will be in stock.

This date is indicative and delivery may change if there are delays in transport.

We do not withdraw any money until the item has been shipped from our warehouse. Therefore, the item will not remain in our warehouse longer than necessary.

“The item is in stock – available on backorder” – this means that the item has just come back into stock after being on pre-order/backorder. And that it is available again on backorder if it is sold out.
