A soft piece of leather that is placed over the elastic on the reins or bit suspension.' Which means that the bit does not have contact with the elastic - a requirement from FEI & DRF that the bit must not have contact with the elastic. In the reins it will not be legal yet to use the elastic regardless of whether there is leather on top. But on the cheekpieces we are awaiting an answer. But a similar solution has received a yes from another manufacturer. So we are positive that it can succeed.
