It may be that the device is over 2 years old and has stopped working.
You purchase this service and then you send the device to us - collect a free shipping quote on our return portal - and then we review the device.
If it costs more to make than 600 kr, we will cover the rest!
Please note that this is NOT an error.

The entire package with the device will be returned - as we check everything before sending it back to you.
