The other side is soft leather with leather stoppers The rein is round-stitched so it fits our bridles On each side there is a metal logo in black so it matches the rein There is an elastic suspension in the rein that can be changed so you can ride with or without elastic. Young horses or sensitive horses respond well to an elastic in the rein - as it gives a softer pull in the rein and prevents small jerks. The leather must be greased with grease before being used! You are welcome to ride with the reins to the event but you must remove the bit from the elastic.
