One of the Arena Show Off jacket's most distinctive details is the Swarovski crystals.

On the shoulders, a decorative “waterfall” is made of black or tone-on-tone Swarovski crystals in various sizes.

The same detail is repeated on the sleeves and creates a complete look.

The jacket also has Swarovski ribbons at the collar, pockets and waist at the back.

The jacket is regular in size.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size.

The jacket is also described as having good length in the sleeves.

We recommend that the jacket is not washed in a washing machine due to the many crystals. The fabric is suitable for machine washing, but the rotations in the washing machine can expose the crystals to unnecessary wear and increase the risk of them falling off.

Therefore, we recommend cleaning.

Alternatively, the jacket can be gently steamed on low heat or hung overnight in a warm and humid bathroom.

Always follow the washing instructions on the jacket itself.

Arena Show Off is being sold as 2nd grade due to a specific defect in the inner fabric.

On some of the jackets, the manufacturer has not sufficiently removed excess dye from the inner fabric. This means that the inner fabric of these jackets can release dye and thus transfer it to white or very light competition clothing in particular.

Based on our experience with this production, we estimate that the problem has been found on around 22% of the jackets.

This also means that the vast majority of jackets have not shown the problem, but we cannot guarantee in advance which individual jacket may release color.

It is solely this risk of color transfer from the inner fabric that is the reason why the jacket is sold as second-class.

This is not due to defects in stitching, buttons, zippers, Swarovski details or the jacket's other construction.

The price has therefore been significantly reduced compared to the normal price.

Exchange applies to a different size within the same item.

Once we have received the return package, we will send the new size with free shipping to the parcel shop.

The voucher has no expiration date.

Returns and refunds

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used beyond normal testing.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, you must contact us first and attach pictures and a valid proof of purchase.

Once the complaint has been approved, the returns portal can be used free of charge.

When an item is listed as backorder or pre-order in the webshop, it means that the item is not in stock right now, but that it can be ordered in advance.

You reserve the item and we will ship it as soon as it is in stock and ready to ship.

If you order a stock item together with an item on backorder/pre-order, we will generally ship the entire order together when all items are ready.

The delivery date shown is indicative. Delivery may change if there are delays in production, transport or receipt in stock.

We only collect payment when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

When an item has been created as a pre-order

Only items that are clearly created as pre-order or backorder in the webshop can be ordered in advance.

If an item is simply sold out without the possibility of pre-order/backorder, it cannot be ordered until it is again active and available in the webshop.
