You can choose between:

1 ) Exchange your item for another size – we will send you your item a few days after receiving it – 29 dkk in shipping and free shipping

2) Get a voucher as a discount code – you can buy another item using the discount code – the discount code has no expiration date. 29 dkk shipping and free shipping on new orders

3) Return your item within 14 days and get your money back – you must have sent us an email beforehand! 75 dkk in shipping – does not apply if you have paid with a discount code!

4) Send an approved claim to us – FREE

Remember that we are CLOSED from February 27 through March 12, during which time we will still receive return/exchange packages. These must still be submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable terms and conditions, although we will not be able to process them until we get home on March 13. Therefore, refunds will only be made AFTER March 13.

We have an extra service that gives you 365 days EXCHANGE on all items purchased on www.cavaleros.dk*. It costs 29,- for you to exchange for another item.

Applies to all items purchased on Cavaleros.dk – does not apply to items purchased at fairs or in the store

Print the packing label and attach it to the package or use the QR code if you don’t have a printer.

14 DAYS FULL RETURN – IF YOU DON’T WANT ANOTHER ITEM WITH US!

You can use our returns portal if you want to return an item for a refund and don’t want to buy a new item. You have to pay for the postage yourself. When you use our portal, it costs DKK 75, so GLS automatically puts the package in our mailbox.

14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days full right of return. This means that you need to write to us that you want to use your 14 days return right, the 14 days are from the day you received your package and 14 days after. You can’t use full returns if you have paid in full or in part with a discount code. Then you will automatically receive a new discount code.

Our returns portal works for 14 days from when you ordered your item – so if it’s expired, please contact us.

We can offer you another item for up to 365 days! (See our 365 day CHEAP exchange service) If you buy a cheaper item, you will be issued a discount code / gift card. However, you must contact us.

If you do NOT wish to use our returns portal for a return – you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

We recommend POST NORD or GLS as freight provider. DAO, BRING and similar cheaper carriers deliver the parcels at night in front of our gate. And often they lie in the rain. We cannot refund items that have disappeared and not scanned DELIVERED to us with signature.

We do NOT pick up packages that end up in a parcel shop

COMPLAINT OR WE HAVE ASKED YOU TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL

If you have a complaint please write an email to us.

You must send a photo of valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is a voucher, order number from the webshop or copy of voucher from payment card. BUT only if only the item you are complaining about has been purchased.

If more than one item has been purchased, it is not valid under the Purchase Act.
