  • We will send the new item as soon as we have received your return package.
  • Free shipping to parcel shop when we ship the new item
  • You can only exchange within the same item - otherwise choose a discount code

2) Voucher (discount code) – 29 kr

  • Do you receive a voucher with no expiration date?
  • You can buy a new item whenever you want.
  • Shipping 29 kr - free shipping to parcel shop on new orders

3) Return and money back – 75 kr

  • Must be done within 14 days
  • You must send us an email first.
  • The price for return shipping via the portal is DKK 75
  • Does not apply if you have paid with a discount code - you will receive a new discount code instead.

4) Complaints – FREE

  • Write to us first
  • Attach a picture of a valid proof of purchase

How to send the package

  1. Fill out the return portal
  2. Choose print label or QR code
  3. Drop off the package at the GLS Parcel Shop and have it scanned.
  4. Put the recycled paper in the package
  5. Write clearly what you want (return, exchange, credit card)

14-day return policy – ​​important rules

  • 14 days from the day you receive the package
  • You must write to us before returning.
  • If you have paid with a discount code, you will receive a voucher instead of money.
  • The returns portal only works for 14 days after your purchase.
  • No right of return on items purchased at fairs or in physical stores
