A high-fibre muesli with a low sugar (5%) and starch (6%). The energy comes primarily from the high proportion of fibre and fat. The protein level in the feed is high. Low Starch Muesli also contains live yeast (Levucell®) to support the horse's digestion.
Always give roughage before complete food, and divide the complete food into several feedings per day.

Active live yeast - LEVUCELL®SC
LEVUCELL®SC consists of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-1077, which has a probiotic effect*. This means that it consists of live microorganisms that support the horse's intestines and feed utilization.

- Increases the digestibility of the feed and thus the availability of nutrients.

The full effect of LEVUCELL®SC is achieved by giving 1 kg of feed to a horse weighing 500 kg.

Feeding instructions
An appropriate dose should be based on the nutritional value of the roughage and the horse's work, growth and gestation and lactation.
The recommended feeding plan for a full-grown horse is approximately 0.2–0.3 kg of concentrate per 100 kg of horse, and at least 1.5 kg of dry matter roughage per 100 kg of horse. If the daily amount is lower than the recommended amount, mineral feed should be supplemented.
The daily dosage should be based on the nutritional value of the roughage, as well as the horse's work level, whether it is growing or whether it is pregnant/lactating.
1 liter LOW STARCH MUESLI = approx. 0.5 kg.
