We offer a service that allows you to have your WAVE RLT pad repaired at any time for a fixed price outside the warranty period. And no matter how old it is.
This applies to all our pads and to all purchases from us - where you can present a receipt.
If you have purchased through one of our dealers, the repair must go through them.
After a repair, there will be a 2-year warranty on the repair.
We can repair if your horse has stepped on your pad, or if it is damaged due to incorrect use of the charger, or if it has accidentally been bent too hard, or wires have been pulled out of the device.
- Pack your WAVE RLT pad securely so that it cannot get wet or bent - we recommend a hard cardboard box.
- Send the pad, charger and battery with you - as we test all parts for defects.
- Please send a copy of the receipt - repairs will not be made without a receipt.
- Use your return label that you received by email and deliver the package to GLS.
- We will send your pad back to you as soon as it has been tested and repaired - expect 5-7 days
